Early Access License Agreement for The Planning System by Planar ApS

Between Licensor (Planar ApS, Denmark) and licensee (you, the user/team/organization):

1. License Grant
You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the planning system during early access.
2. Feedback & Reference
You are expected to provide feedback. We may use your input and feedback to improve the system freely and without restriction. We may use you as reference.
3. Disclaimer
This is a test version. The system may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
4. Limitation of Liability
The system is provided 'as-is' at your own risk. We make no guarantees and accept no liability for events of force majeure, errors, damages or losses resulting from its use.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the system, including the EUIPO-protected designs, remain with the Licensor. No ownership or rights are transferred under this agreement.
6. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all system information confidential and not to share access, visuals, features or details without written permission.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the system. Any misuse that causes harm — including security or IP violations — may result in termination and liability for damages.
8. Termination
We may end your access at any time with short notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the system. Confidentiality survives termination.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the EU and Denmark. Disputes shall be mediated first, then settled by Danish courts if mediation fails.
10. Privacy
We collect only the personal data needed to provide early access. All your data is kept secure and confidential, within the EU, and never shared without your consent.
